Holding Steady

The temperature is a bit lower today (18.5ºC) but the SG reading is holding firm at 1.010. The foam has also largely disappeared from the top of the liquid now. Therefore, I think I will be bottling shortly.

Still on course

I’ll have to get back to blogging about things of more gravity soon but, for this morning that the specific gravity of my in-progress brew is now 1.010 at 19.5ºC; still perfectly on the trend of the last few days.
