Given that tomorrow is Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you!) I really should learn something like the cantina song from Star Wars to throw into the mix or quote from during one of the songs during the gig with Other Way Up (at the Nag’s Head in Abingdon – sets at 4:30pm and 6pm).

I suspect that I won’t as it would be fair to say that one or two of the songs already require a certain level of concentration (such as Herbie Hancock’s sublime Dolphin Dance) so my remaining practise time will probably continue to focus on the cake rather than the icing. However, if you are in the area, <waves hand> this is the gig you want to come to.
