I cannot remember growing tulips before but we have them this year and the first of the two varieties, Tulipa ‘Attila’, is just beginning to flower. I have them mixed with another variety called ‘Shirley’ (white with purple fringes), which itself is on the verge of blooming and I am hoping they will form a co-ordinated display.
