There is still something eating the young plants in our polytunnel. Some of the lettuce are starting to get to a size where they should be able to survive a nibble or two but we have less than we started with.

Fortunately the next lot of seeds are beginning to sprout. In a few days, as they start to show their true leaves, I will start putting them out to fill in the gaps that have been left and perhaps planting out a few more for good measure.

Hopefully my replenishment will overcome the attrition and the addition of tempting tiny new plants will give some of the more established ones time to grow larger. I will also then be able to get another batch of seeds started and carry on my strategy of replenishment to try and overcome the attrition.
