We visited Paul, Rachael and family last month and took a trip with them to visit Mount Pleasant Windmill, near Kirton-in-Lindsey in Lincolnshire.
While there I purchased a bag of rye flour, ground at the mill, which I finally got round to opening last night. I made the dough and left it to prove in the fridge before getting an early night. This morning I got up earlier than usual (although not quite baker-early) to shape and bake it; now I have the photos posted and my blog entry written it is time to go downstairs and sample the result.
