Gosh, that was a long day. Not long after 9:30am this morning I was setting up to lead the music at church and not long before 9:30pm I was finally getting home to unload after having spend a long afternoon at church rehearsing for the Legally Blonde musical.

It’s certainly building those musical skills though and I’ll have to get used to it. Further rehearsals next Thursday and Sunday afternoon and then all day rehearsals the following weekend until we finally hit the opening curtain on Friday 18 November for a weekend run (tickets available online). There’s a little way to go yet to finish polishing but I think it will be worth it – both for the audience and for what I’m learning in the process.
