This enchanted looking place is actually a (carefully selected) view of the back garden:

When the sun shines in during the morning, it catches the flowers in an enchanting way, particularly the purple aquilegia. I’ve been meaning to take a photograph of it for a little while and decided I’d better get round to it this morning or miss it entirely.

The photo was taken on my iPad and subsequently enhanced a little (colour and sharpness) using The GIMP. Fine control of composition can be tricky with the iPad in bright light but, in this case, all the elements came together well, with the bonus of the way it captured the beams of light angling down.
