I’ve had a couple of Christmas meals this year – including on Christmas Day – but it wasn’t until today that I got to cook one, for a slightly belated family gathering. Turkey breast roll and most of the trimmings.
For some reason, it seemed to go pretty easily this year. I wonder if part of that is dropping a couple of extras so that juggling hob and oven space wasn’t too complex. Anyway, job done and plenty of leftovers for the next few days.
