This afternoon was the first day of the year that I’ve been able to cycle home in the light. It helped that it wasn’t overcast and, by the time I got home, it was getting to the point when I would have definitely put the lights on.

Technically, I was past the boundary of ‘civil twilight’, according to the time and date site. However, it won’t be long before this delightful state of affairs will be entirely unremarkable. Roll on that (longer) day!
