Or, more accurately, I do like to imagine I’m beside the seaside. I’m not at the coast today but I followed a painting exercise to create this imagined scene. It could be seen as a multimedia work – the card stock I painted on created a textured effect when I was scratching out highlights around the bottom edge of the rocks and I rather like the result.
