This weekend has been extremely hot; we had our second BBQ of the weekend as it didn’t seem like the kind of day to stay inside for a roast. For those who love it, the good news is that it looks set to stay this way for a while. Me? I’m looking forward to some possible rain on Tuesday.

It won’t be raining tonight though, so I’ll find out shortly whether tonight’s jazz jam at The Red Lion in Brightwell-cum-Sotwell (7pm – 9pm) is going to be indoors or outdoors. Time to load up and head out.
