It’s when you have a toothpaste you aren’t too keen on that you realise how long it lasts. About a month and a half ago, Jane and I started a tube of Corsodyl, a “daily fluoride toothpaste for healthy gums & strong teeth”. It’s still going although getting mercifully near the end. You know it is going to be interesting when, instead of rhapsodising about the taste, the back of the tube has a little chart suggesting people have very ambivalent feelings after five days and most people find the taste better after a couple of weeks: “most people liked its unique taste after 14 days…”.
I think I’m one of those in the remaining group!
