Yep, it worked.

Probably not my best ever playing but respectable enough. It was also a good chance to give the amp I picked up recently (a Roland KC-150) a decent work out. It is more than loud enough for this kind of setting but more portable than my Ashdown head and cab. One trip to the car is a boon.

It is also interesting to hear how different patches work in combination with the colouring added by the different amp; my main settings have been tweaked to fit the Ashdown and the rig at church; I don’t think I need to change them but it gives a fresh twist on some of the sounds.
