Our holiday “in” Sweden seems a long time ago but we still have the photos. Well, the photo I took of the saffron bread I made anyway:
I used an ad hoc reflector, the gold-foiled card that came with the gravalax salmon we had for breakfast, to add a bit of light to the near part of the bread, balancing the natural light from the window. Ideally, I should have set up a tripod, allowing me to use a slower shutter speed and a smaller aperture, but we had places to go and food to eat!
