Magnus and I sampled my Early Autumn Mild homebrew at the end of last week; lovely colour but still a bit “green” (in other words, not yet quite ready for drinking). I normally reckon on 6-8 weeks from bottling as a minimum so this is not surprising. There were plenty of other drinks that I had bought in and Magnus had a bottle of his Coffee Wine to share (not bad and improving as it settles and clarifies after being shaken up on his journey from Wales).

I will come back to the mild in a couple of weeks and see if it is ready.
