Another trip to IKEA today. Fortunately they have a generous returns policy so I was able to take back a few things I got last time that we decided wouldn’t fit it and, inevitably, picked up a few more items to work with. It is a shame they haven’t got a branch closer than Milton Keynes or it would be much easier to make use of this policy to get things, take them home to size back and then take back the surplus.

As it is, it is quite a round trip, although we broke up our return journey with a visit to Waddesdon House in Buckinghamshire (trying to get our money’s worth from our new National Trust membership while it is still at the forefront of our minds!).
