After yesterday’s experimental cooking (Goat’s Beard root), I thought I’d better post today even if only briefly, to you let you know that I’m still alive. The root was a bit woody but had promise; I’ve planted out the seedlings I cultivated and will try to get to these ones before they all set seed.
