I’ve taken the afternoon off work today because I had a concert with the small choir that I sing with every Tuesday lunchtime at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. We were performing in the chapel at the nearby Warneford Hospital. Despite most of the choir, including our leader and main voice, Sue Whorton, suffering with various lurgies we pulled off a reasonably creditable performance.

We are back there later tonight for a repeat performance, this time supporting the Afropean Choir. Time to practise the bits I didn’t get right and deliver an even better show the second time round.
