I was tempted to pick one of my fiery wallpaper series as my favourite picture for November but decided instead to choose this image. It shows the play of light on a pillar in St Clement’s church and is being used to represent our entry for next year’s Artweeks project. It was taken with my Lensbaby lens and has had just a little digital manipulation to make the colour and contrast more intense.

If I am not careful, picking my favourite from December will be tricky as, so far, I have not taken any photos at all!
