As Saturday draws near, it is about time I posted another reminder of the Deep to Deep (UK-based gathering for Christian bassists) which is taking place at my church, Hither Green Baptist on that day.

The programme for the day is still fairly open, although we will certainly have an item on using a laptop for recording yourself and I want to talk about what I’ve learned from the experience of a cheap and cheerful electric upright bass. I’m hoping to meet some of my friends from previous gatherings and also draw in some local players (including a couple of beginners from my church).
