It is all too easy to take things for granted. About 48 hours ago I was still suffering with my blocked ear but the water pulsing machine at the GP surgery cleared that out and my hearing is back to normal. Hurrah!

Already though, the memory of what it was like to be partially incapacitated is fading. I’m glad to be past it but I don’t want to take my hearing for granted.
