Looking back, I realise it was almost four years ago that I purchased our small dehydrating oven. With gadgets like that, it is hard to guess whether they will be useful or not but it is still going strong and, with autumn’s harvests, into the busy season. I think I’ll file that purchase under “would buy again” although I’ve no idea if the particular make and model I picked up is still available. Our one continues to work just fine though and hopefully will continue that way for some time to come.
