Today was booster jab day, as booked last week. For me, the jab itself was painless – I didn’t even realise it had been done until the nurse stepped away and announced that she was finished. I was probably concentrating too much on holding up the sleeve of my jumper.
It definitely happened though and I’ve felt a little out of sorts since – not quite something I can put my finger on but a bit tired and muzzy. Hopefully I’ll get a decent night’s sleep but at least I’ve got the top up vaccine swimming round in my system and preparing me against any COVID-19 encounters.
