I checked the gravity on my Little Owl brew last night and it had dropped lower than I expected (1.005 compared to the target of 1.011 – hungry stuff that yeast). The reading was the same today so into the bottles it went. Now begins the wait for it to be ready after 2-3 weeks of bottle conditioning.

Oh, and perhaps get another brew on.
