I did my third ‘soaking worship’ session at church tonight. It was a little quieter than previous months? I wonder if the fact that COVID-19 seems to be circling closer is having an effect. We’re not in the full-scale lockdown we were earlier this year but I’m hearing more reports of people I know and people connected to them getting infected.

It was still worthwhile though. Partly, I love the opportunity to worship while I put the set together. It’s nice to share it with others but it is a an expression of worship for me to put it together. Also, we tried an experiment with adding in some live worship as well as pre-recorded sections, which worked well.

Let’s see what November brings.
