It came to mind as I was driving back from a jazz gig at The Ferryboat in Whitchurch on Thames this afternoon. Autumn is definitely touching the trees and leaves are beginning to fall. However, it wasn’t one of the tracks we performed, although our two sets did feature plenty of well-known standards.
