I do love the writing of Neal Stephenson but it has to be admitted that, apart from reading, his works would also serve as makeshift training equipment for weight lifters! I struggled home from the library this afternoon with a copy of Seveneves (2015).

Fortunately, my experience of his previous works means that it wasn’t unpickupable. Indeed, I saw a physical copy of the previous Stephenson book I read (Reamde) which was about the same size – I read that one as an ebook. It might take a while but I think it is going to be enjoyable.
