I’d planned to bottle my Fly Me to the Moon brew on Sunday afternoon. And then on Monday evening. And Tuesday evening. Phew! Finally got round to it tonight. 12 bottles with 25g of carbonation sugar.

It had been set at a gravity reading of 1.014 since Saturday evening but there was no sign of a pellicle forming on the top. Should be a nice brew once it has had a few weeks to condition in those bottles.
