Good job my head isn’t removable or sometimes I’m sure I’d forget it. I managed to forget to pack my amp when I headed down to the jazz jam at the Red Lion in Brightwell cum Sotwell last night. The challenge is that I have a number of different musical settings I play in and I need to take different gear to each one; being in a bit of a rush, I forgot that I needed to add that vital extra component to the set of things I’d had at church in the morning.

Fortunately Tom had a spare channel I could use in his guitar amp and we didn’t have any singers joining us last night, who would have wanted to use it for a mic, but I definitely need to double check next month before I leave home.
