It’s been a long ole day; Jane and I have been down to Croydon to stand with friends at a funeral and then back up to Oxford for an evening out with some of my work colleagues. Given that we hit it at about 4:30pm, the M25 wasn’t too badly behaved but that’s still a lot driving and socialising to fit in. Good job it is the weekend tomorrow… no, wait, two musical things on tomorrow and a carol service on Sunday. I should get a chance to rest while awake by about 9pm on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, time to get some sleep!
