It is a bit too late to offer a public service announcement and inform you that not only is today Easter Day but it is also when the clocks spring forward. I had wondered how this would play out at church this morning but the church was nicely full and I can’t say I noticed anybody turning up at 11:30am looking a little bemused so it probably wasn’t an issue. We have so many gadgets today that automatically update – even my cooker seems to recognise the onset of British Summer Time – that perhaps there is less excuse than there once was!

Anyway, Happy Easter – even if you were one of those who came to it a bit later than expected!
