In the ukulele group at work we are already thinking ahead to Christmas; we only have about six more rehearsals before we are due to appear at a Christmas market so this isn’t as early as it appears. My homework after this lunchtime’s session is to see if I can make any sense out of the mash-up I suggested between “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas” and “Summertime”. There is an amusing incongruity between the titles of these two classic songs but can they meld together so that they sound good?

I’ve got a week to find out and report back!
