I need to dig a suitably garish shirt out of my wardrobe; Jane and I have our first gig with the ukulele group from work later today. She will be playing the Union Jack uke we bought last month and I’ll tote my mandolin along. It isn’t exactly a ukulele but is in the same class of instrument and it is nice to have it being used again.

The performance is due at 12:30pm and the venue is a community fun day being run by the United Reformed Church in Risinghurst, just off the A40 heading out of Oxford (I can’t see any information on their website but at least it pinpoints where it is).
