A few brave plants are still providing some blooms in the garden, particularly chrysanthemums, the vivid red of our cyclamens and the remarkably hardy false sunflower (Heliopsis helianthoides). However, sometimes it is nice to bask in the glow of blooms from warmer months and places:
This is a specimen of Grevillea johnsonii from RHS Wisley’s glasshouse, taken in June and finally uploaded yesterday. It is like a bunch of flamingoes!
