As a reminder, here is what our back garden was looking like a couple of months ago, at the end of May
I took some more photos this morning, which are another reminder of how much change takes place in this plot of land:
In May, the dominant colours were green and blue; they are still present but have been joined by white, yellow and splashes of pinky-reds (look at the sweet pea growing 8′ or higher by the polytunnel entrance!). The grasses we planted are also coming into their own, with the attractive foliage now topped by delicate seed heads.
