They were not joking when the manual writers described the knife tool on my new food processor as sharp. While drying it up yesterday and even through taking the same amount of care I normally show knives, it sliced through the tea towel and into the side of my finger. Fortunately it was only a small cut but that scalpel-sharp blade gets extra respect from now on!
