I enjoyed a curry down at Aziz on the Cowley Road tonight with a bunch of blokes from my church tonight. To accompany my meal I had a pint of Bangla beer, which I had not tried before. As a quick tasting note, it tasted similar to Cobra or other Indian lagers but had the mouth feel of cider. It was not unpleasant though; in fact it was an excellent accompaniment to the hot and spicy food and I would gladly pick it again.
