This is a loaf of bread I made last week. It had such a large lump on the side that, after trimming off the end to flatten it, I was able to stand it up on its side! And then the loaf I made on Saturday turned out exactly the same.

If the next loaf I make also turns out like this, I will either have to figure out what I am doing wrong or decide how to market it as a desirable feature!
