Last week Jane had a course down in town and took the bus. It crawled along the route and her final door-to-door journey time was well over an hour. She had another course at the same place yesterday morning and decided to walk down. Total journey time: just over an hour.

I think that is a win for footpower (although still a shame I can’t persuade her to cycle, which is the best way to get about Oxford).
