We had the first pak choi from our garden today. I’m not sure when the seeds were started (they were surplus seedlings that wouldn’t fit in at House244) but they went in the ground at the start of July. Previously we have let them get too large so, this year, we are trying to use them as the tallest leaves reach about 7-8″ in length.
