With no recording and no photographs, you will have to take my word for it that the music evening we hosted at House244 yesterday was a resounding success. However, if pressed, I can call on numerous witnesses who shared in the occasion and, between them, brought and played instruments including fiddle, guitar, clarinet and three cellos (including an electric five string one) as well as my six string bass and electric upright.

It was an easy event to host, most enjoyable to participated in and not even too much work clearing up after a decently early finish. There is definitely a lot to be said for this house concert idea.
