I got a new (second-hand) bike today with all the trimmings (lights, helmet, etc) to help me get around Oxford a bit more easily. I’m back in Lewisham this weekend so won’t be riding (or blogging) for the next couple of days but I am looking forward to rebuilding my cycling skills next week. I have ridden it a bit today and discovered lots of long-neglected muscles!
