It has been a busy whirl over the past few days – a couple of gigs and a family funeral (sad occasion but a good chance to meet relatives I have not seen for years and therefore, overall, an encouraging day), interspersed with lots of driving. My fiftytwo picture, taken earlier this week, is a touch surreal and so fits the times well. I was inspired by a spoon shot from one of my Flickr contacts but wanted to put a twist on it (“there is no spoon!”) and ended up with this image as the best of the bunch.
