Last Sunday I shared the unexpected news that, after a week of careful dieting, I had managed to put on a couple of pounds! I am pleased to report that, at the end of week two, the extra weight is off and a couple more pounds beside.
I am now looking forward to next Sunday morning, unless I have become so waif-like that I have blown away! The diet, based on GI and GL principles, is still providing plenty of good eating. Anyway, time now for my breakfast of wholemeal bread with plenty of low-GI seeds.
