Last night I was feeling hungry but creative, so this is what I came up with to use some of the ingredients in the fridge to make a square meal with a little pizzaz.

Neither mashed potato or boiled cabbage are the most exciting of dishes but, combined together with some cheese and some onion (chopped, seasoned and cooked until soft and gently brown), they came together to make a appetising base.
