I’ve got my first brew of 2021 going. It’s based on Belhaven 80/-, which I first tried making in 2017 (Red Shilling). I seem to recall that was a decent brew but didn’t make much in the way of tasting notes.

Anyway, wort made, cooled overnight and set fermenting with some Crossmyloof Beòir yeast, which should resonate well with the Scottish heritage of 80/-. It’s a nice-tasting wort so I’ll be interested to see how it turns out once bottled and conditioned.
