Here is yesterday’s photo of the back garden. At the back, towards the centre, you can see the late-flowering Cosmos I mentioned last week is looking even more glorious although many other things are heading through their autumn or even, like the short-lived display from the Virginia Creeper, now in full winter mode.

You can also see the ‘naked’ polytunnel. There are a few tomato plants left but we are approaching the point where I’m going to cut my losses and take the frame down. Hopefully I’ll remember to label it clearly first for easy reconstruction later!
