Today I’ve been making a bit of time to work on the set up of my main bass. Have I improved it? To be honest, it’s hard to say. It’s been a long while since it had a professional set up job and it isn’t so easy to pop along to The Gallery, the custom shop where I bought it years ago and where I’ve had a few bits of work done since. I’ll let it sit overnight now and give it a run through tomorrow morning.

If it does work, then it’s onto the next project – getting flatwound strings installed on the Jaguar bass and sorting out the set up on that.
