I missed taking a picture in June, when white flowers were predominating, but we’re now into the height of summer and other colours are coming out:
Given the temperature, inching above the mid-30s in Celsius, it’s not surprising that it looks a bit baked but there are plenty of other things that have changed too. We’ve got Echinacea flowering at last, a Hamamelis in the ground (just to the left of the polytunnel) and wood chippings on the floor of the tunnel.
Hopefully it won’t be too much drier after another hot day tomorrow.
