Definitely Chamomile

I am now certain about the yellow-and-white flowered plant on my allotment that I’d tentatively identified as chamomile. I’ve already dried off a batch of flower heads and enjoyed a few cups of organic, low food mile chamomile infusions and I’ve got another cupful sitting in the dehydrator and partway through the process.

Hurrah! I can keep on harvesting that for a while and, although I need to keep weeding out other plants I don’t want from that patch, I can now reasonably claim that I’ve got the whole plot under cultivation producing crops (and with the accompanying poppies retained to attract pollinators).
